Teaching fitness: health in all forms

We teach fitness, which we define as all forms of health (such as physical, psychological, or organizational).

Our programs cover a wide range of activities - from education to advocacy to athletics - all aligned with our mission of teaching fitness through a fun 'summer' feeling, no matter how difficult the challenges may be.

Who We Serve

We strive to break down the systemic barriers to good health for individuals, families, and institutions.

Individuals

We provide health-oriented scholarships, stipends, and personalized programs to people of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities. We are based in the USA and serve individuals worldwide.

Families

We create family-friendly settings ourselves, and we equip existing wellness centers or fitness-focused spaces with the resources and training needed to be more inclusive.

Institutions

We provide consulting services for community-based nonprofits, medical centers, and interdisciplinary teams, collectively fostering systems-level public health improvements.

Program Highlights

Advocacy

We help grassroots groups, nonprofits, and public health teams solve the complex challenges impacting individual and community health.

Education

Athletics

Our most beloved source of support: classes and financial assistance to help people have fun! Individuals and families practice swimming, martial arts, yoga, sports, and more - altogether in supportive, fitness-focused spaces.
We provide scholarships and operational support for health-oriented programs year-round. Education priorities include public health and personalized wellness. We work in traditional academic settings and also in community-based places/organizations.
